In recent years, Hengyi has increased its research and development efforts, and annually manufactures more than 2,000 sets of various high-performance circular knitting machines. A set of such textile equipment often requires more than 200 accessories to be assembled. The related accessories are not only many, but also very complicated.

How to accurately and efficiently transmit the data from the R&D end to the production workshop? Now, with the help of the digital integrated product development system, the product drawing data confirmed by development can be directly sent to the production workshop management center.

Chen Xiaobin, the person in charge of Hengyi Machinery Information Center, said that in the past, production drawings needed to be searched in a stack of paper documents. Now, as long as you log in to your account in the PLM system, you can directly view the latest and most accurate technical information, which improves the efficiency of departmental collaboration. Production errors are reduced. Now through the introduction of digital process management and the implementation of collaborative work methods, the communication and coordination of various departments is more convenient.

Establish an online signature review management mechanism to achieve electronic control of documents through electronic signatures. The business process is unified and standardized, which greatly improves the work efficiency. At the same time, the company has established a complete security control mechanism to ensure data security and prevent random changes, and the traceability rate of information and data can reach 100%.

It is understood that in response to the digital development needs of Hengyi Machinery, Huawei (Jinjiang) Industrial Internet Cloud Incubation Center will also continue to increase digital services and open up enterprise data links.
